Mizuno announces European Tour workshop fitting days

The Mizuno European Tour workshop is to host two more of its Fitting Days on September 23rd at Calcot Park Golf Club near Reading and on September 24th at the brand’s high-tech Performance Fitting Centre at The Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, Wales.

Following the success of its European Tour Workshop Fitting Days over the past two years, Mizuno has added two more dates to the schedule for 2016, with the brand’s state-of-the-art tour truck making stops at Calcot Park Golf Club near Reading on Friday 23rd September and then at the Mizuno Performance Centre at The Celtic Manor Golf Resort in Newport, Wales on Saturday 24th September.

Last year, the Mizuno European Tour workshop made popular guest appearances at Woburn, Moor Allerton, Bearwood Lakes, Silvermere, Gleneagles and Royal Birkdale Mizuno Performance Centres in the UK, as well others on the continent, presenting club golfers with a rare opportunity to be fitted like a professional for the brand’s very latest clubs.

Mizuno’s highly qualified Golf Tech Reps will be on hand again in September at both Calcot Park and Celtic Manor to fit golfers for the latest Mizuno products including the new JPX900 Series irons, MP irons or the T7 wedges with Boron durable grooves that Luke Donald put into play at Royal Troon this year.

Sessions last 45 minutes, and interested golfers should contact the Calcot Park team for September 23rd on 01189 427797 or email gareth@garethjohnstongolf.com to book a slot. For the Celtic Manor day on September 24th, interested golfers should call 01633 410312 or email golfacademy@celtic-manor.com. Anyone purchasing Mizuno forged wedges on the day will be offered free wedge stamping so they can personalise their new wedges just as many of Mizuno’s Tour Staff do. Further offers will also be available on the day.
