Glenmuir continues its support of Foremost Professionals Championship

Foremost Golf has announced that Glenmuir will continue its title sponsorship of this year’s Foremost Golf Championship.

To be played at The Oxfordshire Golf Club on Monday 27th June where Andrew George of Ely City will defend his title. The total prize fund of £8,500 will see the 2016 champion take home £2,500, including £1,500 in Glenmuir vouchers.

The prize fund extends to 20th place but, as an added incentive to participate, every Foremost member who plays in the Foremost Golf Championship will receive a £100 voucher to spend with any Glenmuir brand (including Sunderland and MacWet).

“After the success of last year’s event, we’re delighted to announce that Glenmuir has agreed to extend its title sponsorship of the Foremost Championship for another year,” said Foremost Company Director, Andy Martin. “Glenmuir has a longstanding history of supporting PGA events and the continuation of their sponsorship of this event will help the championship continue to grow.”

Matthew Eagle, Glenmuir UK & EIRE Sales Director, commented, “We were delighted with our sponsorship of the Foremost Championships last year and it was a simple decision for us to renew. This event helps to cement our already excellent relationship with the Club Professionals of the Foremost group, and it’s the perfect platform to promote both the Glenmuir & Sunderland of Scotland brands.”
