G/FORE launch first women’s collection

Designer golf brand G/FORE is exploring new territory with the launch of its exciting spring/summer 2016 collection, including a women’s apparel range for the first time in its history.

In keeping with its reputation as trailblazers of the golf fashion industry and building on its success of the last 12 months, the American brand has continued to push the boundaries, with its first-ever ladies’ collection taking a step away from traditional female golfing attire in favour of trend-setting designs more likely to be seen on the high street.

Featuring cutting edge DRY-TEX moisture wicking technology for maximum coolness and comfort, the new men’s and women’s ranges offer premium quality and style which are ideal for wearing on and off the course.

G/FORE founder, Mossimo Giannulli, said: “As always at G/FORE, we have approached the design of our new collection with high-fashion at the forefront of our creative approach, while also engineering the finest materials for the best possible athletic performance. It is the combination of these two elements that made our first collection so popular. In the short time since the spring/summer collections were launched, the reception has been fantastic – both from the trade and the consumer. We’re especially pleased to receive so many positive comments about our first women’s collection.”

Fashion and style on the golf course – and beyond – has become the hallmark for G/FORE and their new SS2016 collection has continued in a similar philosophy of taking golf fashion to the next level. The progressive brand has opened up a new door with its first foray into women’s golf fashion, with impressive results.

The new collections also feature fine knitwear pieces throughout, crafted from luxurious custom hybrid yarns that are soft, lightweight and ideal for all-season layering.
