Garmin and Foremost launch preferred dealer programme

Leading GPS fitness technology brand Garmin has joined forces with Foremost, the largest golf retail group in the UK, to offer pro shops a Preferred Dealer Programme which will see retailers benefit from a bespoke service.

The Preferred Dealer Programme provides members across the UK with access to the right range of products and stock requirements. With exclusive, free of charge POS packages and in-person, one to one staff training from the Garmin field training and sales team, the programme supports members in all aspects of sell-through to ensure the best possible results.

Julie Benford, Account Manager at Garmin Europe, said, “We’re delighted to partner with Foremost to offer this unique programme to members. We value our relationships with members and are delighted to be able to offer an additional level of support.”

This programme is available to all members and provides support for in-store and on-course demo days, as well as the opportunity to buy demo stock at advantageous cost prices. This gives club members the chance to ‘try before they buy’, as well as the opportunity to benefit from staff incentives and discounts on personal purchases.

Chris Glenday, Approved Supplier Manager at Foremost, said, “The Preferred Dealer Programme provides members with a solution to retail one of the number one brands in the market place. Our customers’ needs come first and we’re delighted to have joined forces with Garmin to offer this considered solution to retailing.”
