Galvin Green says it has taken its trade mark accent on brightly-coloured golf outerwear to another level with its autumn-winter 2015 collection. Among 20 brand new garments in the range are three Shell Layer Gore-Tex waterproof jackets incorporating the latest stretch fabric technology and a combination of four different colours featured in the same garment. The imaginative use of strong colours gives the newest Galvin Green rain jackets in particular a distinctive look.
The flagship Gore-Tex full-zip Apex jacket with mesh lining and the new Albin (pictured) half-zip version, plus the ultra-lightweight Gore-Tex Paclite technology Aston full-zip jacket offer variations of fashionable colours and trims featuring racing green, midnight blue, electric red, summer sky blue, fire orange, gunmetal, white and black.
Five new lines in the ladies’ collection include a Gore-Tex full-zip Angela jacket with mesh lining, another Dahlia jacket, a knitted Cate cardigan and two additional shirts.
The new collection features almost 300 complementary garments and accessories, designed to provide serious golfers with exceptional comfort as well as protection from the elements.
Mats Lundqvist, creative director commented, “Modern production methods now make it possible for us to design multi-coloured jackets that look even more distinctive and will remain colour-fast over time. We’ve added contrasting colours to the arms, back and front zippers in a way that enhances the main performance characteristics of the jackets and continues to help golfers look and feel good whenever they wear them.” More at: www.galvingreen.com
