Exclusive – Rose considering two drivers

GOLF RETAILING caught up with reining US Open Champion, Justin Rose at BMW’s “It’s Tee Time – Nearest the Pin Challenge” in Hyde Park today.

Sources at Taylor Made had hinted that Rose was to use both his regular 10.5 degree Taylor Made SLDR as well as adding one of the recently launched SLDR mini drivers.  Rose stated that he doesn’t currently have one in his bag although he is testing one out and is really impressed with it.

When asked what he thought of his chances in the BMW PGA Championship Rose said: “Wentworth has been a hit or miss tournament for me. My game has been smooth coming in here and I’m hopeful I can carry that on and get myself in contention. When you play in front of a British crowd it’s nice to get them behind you.”
