European Tour Properties engage 59club to create Mystery Shopper

To ensure the highest levels of customer service and sales etiquette are maintained, the European Tour Properties (a network of world class golf venues) has engaged the services of the Industry’s Leading Benchmarking firm, 59club, to create their own ‘European Tour Properties Mystery Shopper Initiative’.
