Crossover Technologies extends sales team

Crossover Technologies has extended their sales team with the appointment of Sean Wright from Baildon in Yorkshire. Wright brings with him extensive experience working in golf retail, both on course and behind the scenes, having worked for a large high street golf retailer.

Previously Head Pro at Baildon Golf Club for five years, Sean can relate to the day-to-day dealings that Pros experience such as issues around customer loyalty and stock and also has first hand experience of using XPOS, the Crossover EPOS system.

Based primarily in the North of England where he’s grown up playing golf, Sean will be on the road where he will aim to visit up to 3-4 different golf clubs a week.  He said;  “I’m really excited to have joined the Crossover team. This role matches my current expertise and passion perfectly. It’s incredible what a difference XPOS can make to the day to day running of a retail business and it’s great to be able to have the opportunity to help add value to other Pros’ businesses.”

Claire Fraser, Managing Director of Crossover Technologies said: “We work with over 1,000 golf clubs and retail shops worldwide and we know from customer feedback that they want more training on how to get the most out of XPOS. About 75 per cent of our customers are based in the UK and Ireland so this extra resource and expertise will allow us to have more face to face time with both our current and potential customers, where we see lots of opportunity as part of our drive to be the No. 1 EPOS provider in the UK golf market.

“Sean’s appointment gives us the opportunity to deliver this and develop even closer relationships to help XPOS users really maximise the benefit of our unparalleled golf retail expertise, to drive forward the success of their own businesses.”
